We do not use your Customer Content or Connected Account Data to train generalized AI models, and we contractually require our AI service providers not to do so.

If you connect a Google account, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. 5. Prospect Data — Our Role
When you use the Services to store or process information about your prospects and contacts, you (or your organization) act as the data controller of that information, and Gripwise processes it on your behalf as a processor, under your instructions. If you are an individual whose information appears in a Gripwise customer's account, please direct requests to that customer; we will assist them in responding as required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: We share information with vetted third-party providers who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, communications delivery, telephony, analytics, AI processing, and payment processing), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
