3. AI Features and Automated Processing

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate content, classify messages, and automate workflows. Data processed by AI features is used solely to provide the Services to you. We do not use your Customer Content or Connected Account Data to train generalized AI models, and we contractually require our AI service providers not to do so.

4. Google User Data

If you connect a Google account, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google user data only to provide user-facing features you enable, we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features or as required by law, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.

5. Prospect Data — Our Role

When you use the Services to store or process information about your prospects and contacts, you (or your organization) act as the data controller of that information, and Gripwise processes it on your behalf as a processor, under your instructions. If you are an individual whose information appears in a Gripwise customer's account, please direct requests to that customer; we will assist them in responding as required by law.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We share information with vetted third-party providers who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting, communications delivery, telephony, analytics, AI processing, and payment processing), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• At Your Direction: When you connect third-party accounts or use features that transmit data to recipients you choose (for example, sending an email or making a call).
• For Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
• For Legal Reasons: Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Gripwise, our users, or others.
