Personalized outreach

Outreach that names a real reason, and cites it.

Every message is written from a dated, sourced fact about that account — and if there isn’t one, nothing goes out.

01The premise

Buyers can tell. That's the entire problem.

Your prospects get forty of these a week. They can spot a template in the first line, and they've learned that volume means the sender knows nothing about them. Being specific is now the only thing that earns an open.

What we optimise for

Most tools send 40,000 blind emails. Gripwise sends 4,000 researched ones. Fewer sends, higher reply rates, and a domain that still works in month six. Every other tool blasts. Gripwise qualifies the lead first, cites the source, and only then writes.

02What goes into a message

Four things get checked before a single line is written.

This is what separates a researched message from a personalised-looking one. If any of it is missing, the account doesn't get contacted.

A dated trigger
A funding round, a job posting, a leadership change, a product launch, something they published. With the source and the date attached, so the first line can't be written about a company that no longer exists.
A working source
Every fact carries a link, and the link is checked before the fact is allowed into a draft. If the source is dead, the fact is dropped — the model never gets to fill the gap from memory.
A reason it's them
Role, remit and what they're likely measured on. Not their job title reflected back at them — the specific problem their title owns at that company this quarter.
A defensible skip
If the research turns up nothing worth saying, the account is dropped rather than padded with filler. A skipped account costs nothing. A generic one costs your domain.
Account dossier with a source cited against every qualifying check
Every claim in the message traces back to a line in the dossier.

You keep the voice

Give it three emails you’ve actually sent and it writes in your register — length, formality, how you open, how you sign off. Approve or rewrite any of it, per campaign.

03Three channels, one clock

Not three campaigns racing each other into the same inbox.

Running email and LinkedIn separately is how a buyer gets four touches in a day from a company that looks disorganised. Gripwise sequences them against each other.

Email

Written per account, sent from real infrastructure

Buy domains and mailboxes in-app, warm them automatically, and rotate sending across them. Authentication is checked before the first send, not after the first bounce.

LinkedIn

Connection, view, DM — on the same clock

A profile view before the email, a connection request after it, a DM only once the thread is warm. Timed against the email steps rather than run as a separate campaign.

Phone

Dial from the app, keep the record

Call when the sequence says the buyer is warm. Recording, transcript and outcome attach to the same timeline as everything else.

The rules the sequence obeys

These run whether you’re watching or not. They’re the difference between multi-channel and multi-annoying.

  • One schedule per person, not one per channel. Email, LinkedIn and phone coordinate instead of colliding.
  • A human reply on any channel pauses every other channel for that person, instantly and team-wide.
  • Company-level dedupe: if a colleague is already working the account, you can't enroll into it.
  • Send windows follow the recipient's timezone and working hours, not yours.
  • Volume ramps with domain reputation. New infrastructure warms for weeks before it carries load.
  • Every touch writes to the shared account timeline with a timestamp, so nothing gets said twice.

One person, every touch, in order — visible to the whole team.

04Deliverability

The best message in the world is worthless in a spam folder.

Sending infrastructure is part of the product, not a checkbox. You buy domains and mailboxes in-app, and the system protects them from you.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC verified at setup and re-checked continuously.
  • Automatic inbox warming on every new mailbox before it carries real volume.
  • Per-mailbox daily caps that rise only as reputation earns it.
  • Bounce and complaint thresholds that pause a campaign automatically.
  • Email verification before send, so invalid addresses never touch your domain.
  • Spam-signal checks on copy before a campaign is allowed to launch.
Inbox health and reply monitoring across connected mailboxes
Reputation is monitored per mailbox, and volume follows it.

Why volume is capped

Every extra thousand sends costs reputation. We’d rather cap you at a number your domain survives than let you burn it in a fortnight and blame the copy.

05When they reply

A reply is the start of the work, not the end of the campaign.

Gripwise drafts a response from the full thread — the research, the previous touches, what a colleague already promised — then books the meeting and writes the prep brief.

Meeting brief assembled from the full account history
The brief that lands before the call: who they are, what was said, what to ask.

Gripwise is the wrong tool if…

If we cannot find a fact with a working source, we do not invent one. The message falls back to your approved copy instead.

The difference

It qualifies the lead before it writes to it.

Gripwise researches every company into a sourced fact sheet, then drops the ones that were never a fit — before a single email is queued.
