Gripwise sets up the mailboxes, researches every account, runs three channels and books the meeting with a brief attached.

01Start here
Anyone can send 10,000 emails. The reason your pipeline is thin isn't throughput — it's that nothing in your stack knows which of those companies is worth contacting, or has anything true to say to the ones that are.
The whole thesis
Every other tool blasts. Gripwise qualifies the lead first, cites the source, and only then writes. Volume without research is noise. Research that nobody checks is a better-written guess. You need both the reading and the proof, before anything sends.
02The five stages
Each stage hands its work to the next. Nothing is exported, re-imported, or lost between tools.
01Set up
Pick domains and mailboxes inside Gripwise. DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured for you and warmup starts automatically at no extra cost. Connect Gmail or Outlook only if you actually want to.
What you end up with
A sending setup that is live the same day and does not need babysitting.

02Find
Describe who you sell to in plain English. Gripwise searches LinkedIn and Google Maps, finds and verifies the emails, and drops the ones that would bounce before they ever reach a campaign.
What you end up with
A verified, deduplicated list instead of a stale database export.

03Qualify
Gripwise reads each company and writes a fact sheet — funding, hiring, product launches, leadership changes, tech — with a live source URL behind every single line, then rules on whether the account is actually a fit for this campaign.
What you end up with
Accounts that fail the check exit with zero sends and a reason you can read.

04Reach
Email, LinkedIn and phone working on the same person on a shared schedule, each message written from the facts in that account's brief — not from a merge tag.
What you end up with
Outreach that references something real and current, at list scale.

05Close
Research, notes, calls, LinkedIn threads, emails, meetings and the deal itself collapse into a single timeline per person, visible to everyone on your team.
What you end up with
Anyone can pick up a nine-month deal in sixty seconds and say the right thing.

03How much you delegate
Set it per campaign and change it mid-flight. Most teams run named accounts on approval and everything else on full auto.
Full auto
Research, sequencing, replies and booking all run without you. Good for the long tail of accounts where the downside of a mediocre message is nothing.
Approval gate
Everything gets prepared and queued, nothing leaves until someone clicks approve. The default for named accounts and anything a founder cares about.
Draft only
Gripwise does the research and the writing; a human sends from their own mailbox. Slowest, and occasionally the right call for a top-20 list.
These aren’t configurable, because every team that turns them off ends up with burnt domains and an annoyed buying committee.

04Where it all lands
Every automated action writes to the same timeline a human writes to. Six months in, anyone can open an account and read the deal in order.

05What changes
06What it isn't
Every category we compete in has been oversold. Here's the version that survives contact with your first month.
Gripwise is the wrong tool if…
If we cannot find a fact with a working source, we do not invent one. The message falls back to your approved copy instead.
Start here
Researched accounts, a sending stack that is already configured, and a sequence written from facts you can check.
